Each week we will upload five 30-minute high-quality videos with instructions walking you through every set. These videos are recommended for advanced fitness level, and we encourage you to complete all of them in a week.
If you’re just beginning your journey we have a different schedule for you; three 30-minute workouts to complete in a week.
Workouts are updated regularly, and every moth has a unique theme.
All videos are ready for you every week uploaded into your personal account.
