Olga Melyakova

Olga is an international movement expert (she has completed more than 50 trainings around the world, including in the USA and in Europe). She has more than 10 years of experience working in fitness All her methods are safe and approved by doctors and scientists. “First and foremost, I want you to achieve your dream results with effective and safe training. But my club is so much more than that! I want you to enjoy every class and look forward to our sessions like you would to watching your favorite TV show. I want you to get excited about smart fitness and stay that way forever!”

How do our training sessions work?

Each week we will upload five 30-minute high-quality videos with instructions walking you through every set. These videos are recommended for advanced fitness level, and we encourage you to complete all of them in a week.

If you’re just beginning your journey we have a different schedule for you; three 30-minute workouts to complete in a week.

Workouts are updated regularly, and every moth has a unique theme.

All videos are ready for you every week uploaded into your personal account.

Our training staff is always available to help you with questions you might have about the workouts.

Our tech support is always ready to step in and help you with any technical concerns.

Foam roll (length 45-90 cm)

Tennis ball — 2 pcs

Elastic tape long low resistance

Dumbbells 1-3 kg

For advanced — kettlebell or dumbbell 8-12 kg.

Remember you can always start without equipment, substituting with available materials (bottles of water, rolled up socks, etc.)
